Last Wednesday we boarded a plane and headed to Las Vegas to initiate Trevor and Emily for their 21st birthday's! Our whole clan included: J and I, Emily, my mom, Trevor, Teresa & Randy, Kyle, Doug, Greg, and Trevor's grandma and grandpa. When we landed in Las Vegas, Teresa surprised us with a Hummer limo to take us to Caesar's Palace! What a treat. Here are the pictures of the excursion there...
When we arrived we checked in and did a quick wardrobe change before heading out for a bite to eat...about 12:30am...but hey, we were on Vegas time! After dinner we headed down to the Carnaval Pit where there was some gambling and dancing! Emily and I called it a night about 2:30, J and Trevor stayed up until 5am...playing black jack...Jason was up $125.00 (don't ask him what happened the next night)!
The next day we headed out to the pool...Caesar's pools are beautiful! The sun was out and it was hot but the wind was blowing and it was just what we needed to stay cool! The four of us layed out all day! That night we headed to Margaritaville with the whole group! There was lots of eating, drinking, singing, dancing and entertainment throughout the night. It was a blast to watch my sister and Trevor have to take shooters...against their will; they only turn 21 once! We headed back to the Carnaval Pit for some more dancing that night and this is where Jason lost the $100 dollars he won the night before...did I mention it took a total of 15 minutes to lose it?!
Notice all the balloons in the pictures...this was our entertainment. A guy on stilts walks around the restraunt and makes balloons...it is pretty neat to watch. He made Emily and Trevor 21 hats, J and I a heart and a bicycle (he said it would make it easier for me to control him) for our anniversary and Teresa a glass of beer! We had a blast, Trevor's family is so much fun! Trevor's mom, Teresa is the most generous person I have ever met...Thank you for everything! You planned an amazing weekend for Trevor and Emily! We can't wait for the next trip...I think I heard New York!?
Hugs, Annie & J
